Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • If rejected, we will return the item to you at your expense.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at marketingagencymeta@gmail.com.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time for the refund to reflect).
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at marketingagencymeta@gmail.com.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item over 5 Days, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
